Без впн не открывается сайт msfn.org. С раширением “Обход блокировок рунета” не открывается ни с одним из скриптов. Да и не должен, так как в реестре запрещённых сайтов его нет. Собственно, вопрос - как понять, по чьей вине он не открывается? Открывается ли он у кого-нибудь из России? Может быть, на другом провайдере (у меня ростелеком). Я сделал трассировку, но она мне ничего не говорит.

трассировка на ваших глазах, заканчивается на хопе из франции, соответственно россия/провайдер не при чём. если сделать трассировку из европы, то сразу же после 92.204.249.79 идёт ip назначения 151.106.17.234, и доступа к нему нет только из россии, значит сайт блокирует пользователей из россии.

We understand that this is frustrating for our users, but as others have pointed out, we’ve been hit with many posts with crypto-currency spam. They are even taking over regular member accounts to post spam. These attacks were originating in Russia so unfortunately, we had to take steps in order to prevent this from happening. This isn’t just MSFN specific but other forums are experiencing this as well. The last thing we want is the board to become compromised to the point where someone causes major damage. Therefor, xper employed a few tactics to help curb these attacks. We’re not blocking Russia due to anything political, because of their beliefs or current events surrounding them, it’s simply to keep the board safe.

There are more clever ways to fight spammers, you know. Blocking a whole country is the dumbest solution.
