This release is mainly to address issues identified in a security audit. See the link for details of the changes and the text of the audit report.
There are also now man pages for dnstt-client and dnstt-server.
One of the audit issues, UCB-02-005, is not addressed in this release, because it has to do with a possible protocol change. You can find a detailed summary of the situation and the considerations involved posted on the Noise mailing list.
