Описание проблемы
В OpenVPN for Android 0.7.51 добавлен antizapret-tcp.ovpn-файл, соединение устанавливается успешно, в “Privacy and security” Google Chrome для поля “Use secure DNS” выбран вариант “OpenDNS”, с которым обычные сайты открываются нормально. При попытке открыть заблокированные (X, Instagram, Facebook, Linedin, Rutracker…) после нескольких секунд ожидания отображается сообщение об ошибке вида:
This site can’t be reached. The web page at (…) might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR
От доступа к интернету проблема не зависит. По крайней мере, так с проводным питерским Skynet и ростелекомовским Теле2.
