Minor Q about Windows service

I installed the software as a service but had a question if this is what the path to the executable should look like:

“C:\Users\Lance\AppData\Local\Personal\Goodbye DPI\goodbyedpi.exe” -9 --dns-addr 77.88.8.8 --dns-port 1253 --dnsv6-addr 2a02:6b8::feed:0ff --dnsv6-port 1253

Yup.
If you launched “install service” CMD file from the same directory where exe was located.
