Tor Relays on port 65535

Here’s an interesting observation:

Out of all 7570 Tor Relays currently known to the network, only 6 are reachable from China (AS4134 China Telecom), all 6 are running on port 65535 and are owned by a single person.

Может это китайские цензоры закладки оставили. Единички в порту чтобы никто не догадался. У питерского R&D отдела РКН были контролируемые узлы тоже. Возможно. Только доступны не так явно.
